In 6th grade my English Literature teacher told me that writing wasn’t a ‘real career’.
So I secretly wrote poems during my teenage years, obsessively read classic literature and became an attorney instead. Decades later, during a profound kundalini experience of some sort, I rediscovered my lost art.
Below is the product of some spontaneous moments when I experience an expanded creative and blissful force present in me. The poems are received while hiking, on a plane, at a yoga class, in my sleep, watching the sunset… but always written in the Notes app on my iphone!
